How to Earn an Easy 2% Commission!

       Register the Bidder you represent before the Auction: 

​

• Email auctionsbycook@gmail.com and request the Bidder Registration Form.

• You and the Bidder you represent sign the Bidder Registration Form, then scan it back to auctionsbycook@gmail.com.

• Bring the Bidder you represent to the Open Houses.

• Be sure to get a Bidder Information Packet at the Open Houses and review it with your Bidder.  

• Show up to the Auction with the Bidder you represent.

• If you represent the Highest Bidder and the Seller accepts the Highest Bid, you earn a 2% Commission at closing!!
