Showings = The Showings Are During The Advertised and Scheduled (Two) Open Houses.

Terms = The Auction Terms are SET and included in the BIDDER INFORMATION PACKETS that I hand out at the (TWO) OPEN HOUSES.

Offers = Offers will be made on AUCTION DAY, AT A SET DAY AND TIME AROUND 45 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU HIRE ME.

Closing = Closing will be WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER AUCTION DAY.

Repairs = Repairs are not needed.  I Offer your house AS-IS.
