THE HIGHEST BIDDER is the person willing to pay more than anybody else.

After I’m done Auctioneering on AUCTION DAY, I will present The Seller with the HIGHEST BID.

The Seller has the right to accept or reject the HIGHEST BID.

 

Auctioneer’s Note:  If someone wants to make an Offer before AUCTION DAY, the Offer is to be made on WILLIAM COOK’S CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE and the Highest Offer will be The Opening Bid on AUCTION DAY.
