The Steps for Buying a Home at Auction.

Obtain a Conventional Loan or have Cash. No FHA or VA Loans.

Go to the Open Houses.

Get a Bidder Information Packet at the Open Houses.

Review the Bidder Information Packet and familiarize yourself with the the Auction Terms.

Show up to the Auction early for registration. Bring your ID.

Be prepared to be the Highest Bidder and have the amount required for the Non-Refundable Down Payment due on Auction Day. The Down Payment must be a Personal Check or Cashiers Check.

Bid when you want at the Auction.

If you are the Highest Bidder and the Seller accepts the Highest Bid, we will complete the paperwork with the Seller.

Write a check for the non-refundable down payment to the title company of your choice.

I will be in contact with both parties about the closing date and final walk through.

Go to closing and get the keys to your home!
